Workout Week 5

A bet better this week. Slowly killing off the work projects so I can take my life back.

Sunday - 2.5 mile walk

Monday - nada

Tues - 1 hr

Wed - Friday - nada

Sat - 2.5 mile walk

Next Week’s Meal plan:

Most of the usual suspects.  Its easier for the minions to start dinner for these and heating up soup is a no brainer for those busy nights.  Easy for all.

Vegan stroganoff
Vegetarian chili mac
Zucchini Lasagna
Jambalaya and Clam Chowder 
Spinach-Potato Frittata
Tomato Quinoa Soup
Spinach Ravioli
