Only workout this week was Sunday. Big projects at work left hardly any extra time for eating and sleeping. Suck part about that is it lowers my immunity and now Im fighting a cold.
Sunday - 2.5 mile walk today..
Monday - Sat - no workouts

Mostly the same plan as last week. Change to the fish soup as the vendor changed it and its not as good as it was. Going to try a split-pea and see how that goes.
Also need to find something other than minestrone soup as minion 1 doesnt like it and waited long enough to share. Something will come to mind during the week.
