Happy Days

Im on a roll and have to share.  As of today I am down 25.4 lbs and 12.5 inches!

Oh ya!  Blasted that wall out/down/gone.  Im singing on the mountain tops Open-mouthed smile  What a great way to start vacation.

Ive upped the walking lately.  Finding its wonderful just to get out of the office for even 1/2 hr and just start walking.  My fitbit is great tracking my steps and I track my treks out on MapMyWalk to keep eyes on ‘walking’ workouts.

Stitching

I don’t have a new pic to share but I have finished 3 of 6 pages of outlines on RYO2013.  I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and getting ready to play with the other colors in this project.

During vaca – I may actually get out some crochet stitches made.  We shall see

Food

Oh I have a good one.  Quinoa Tater-tots.  There are no potatoes at all in these.  Quinoa, flour and spices.  A great add for a salad dinner.  The boys left me crumbs.
