Ive joined with Mel from The Daily Mel on a Summer Walk Challenge.

The challenge is as follows.  Between Memorial Day (5/27/13) and Independence Day (7/4/13), walk at least one mile per day, every day.

This challenge fits in perfectly with my current goals and wonderful to have others near and far to join in getting healthy.
