Tried a new dish tonight and boy was it good.


Crock pot Cream Cheese Chicken

Reading through the comments I made a few changes

Removed most of the excess liquid before adding the cream cheese mixture

Used creamy Portobello mushroom soup instead of canned

Omitted the 1/2 broth (wasn’t needed)

Added pepper/salt/garlic powder to taste and a bit of corn starch to thicken the sauce a bit.

Cooked pasta for yummy chicken to be placed over

Used some of the excess liquid on the pasta to keep it from sticking.

Everyone loved it and thankfully there may just be enough for my lunch tomorrow Smile
