I cannot believe May is over.
I had a great month with my new lifestyle. 2.2 lbs and 5.5 inches lost. Totals to date are 6.6 lbs and 14 inches!
Ive been able to get back into running thx to a visit to the Dr. Key for me is to use my inhaler 10 min before running. What a huge difference it has made! Everything else checked out good.
Im taking my house back from fleas and ants. Two cheers for 20 Mule Team Borax! I have to get more but the box I had did two rooms and a hall way. Much happier for the environment and we dont have to breathe in nasty chemicals. The Duo of Chaos got a bath and a vial each of flea repellent which is a mix of peppermint and clove oils (from Hartz) instead of Advantage. Im hoping it works as well, and no nasty chemicals for them either. They are both leaving a nice smell where ever they have been :o)
Stitch updates
Tanglewood – Filled in bits of the roots
LHN Neighborhood – Good filler for the train rides
Mine all Mine – Friend from work keeps asking me how this one is going :/ So I pulled it out and added backstitching and parts of a leg
BBD Pink Hill Manor – Officially house #4. Still not sure if I want to do all of these.
Congrats on your weight and inch loss! Lovely progress on all of your pieces.
ReplyDeleteLots and lots of lovely stitchy pics there to see. Tanglewood is fab and I love your little dragon :o)
ReplyDeleteNice progress on the wips! And congratulations on your new healthy lifestyle!
ReplyDeleteGreat progress on all of your pieces. Looks like Tanglewood is near a finish.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to hear your take on the Hartz flea stuff. Our own Trio of Terror have recently been affected/afflicted, even though they never go outside. They love to observe the neighborhood from just inside the screen door, and we get occasional porch visitors who have apparently come bearing "gifts". :(
congrats on your weight loss. I have 4 cats and a dog. One cat goes out and of course the dog. Flea problems are year round for me so what is it that you use?
