I know this for fact. I recently purchased 2 SQL books in the hopes of inhaling the knowledge between the covers as quickly as possible to get my poor brain up to speed on how to create beautiful queries.
No such luck
Instead I have managed to cause fatal errors of the firing synapses in my brain. Resulting me to have nightmares. No, not coding nightmares for that could only mean that I was retaining Something of what I have been trying to learn. My nightmares have been working with Gil Grissom of CSI (the first and best of the series, imho) and having to answer or figure out his oracle like mutterings.
