Saturday mish-mash

There have been updates in the Squirrel battles if you care to stop by and catch up.  Lilith Saintcrow does such a wonderful job sharing the animal kingdom wars that go on in her backyard.

Ive added a new page to the blog, sharing the links to blogs who share charts they’ve created.

More stitching fun – have any of you tried or used the pinhead stitch to start or end a thread?

When I found this I was stitching ornaments on aida and always forgot to get back to it once back on linen/evenweave.  But as Im currently back to ornaments but on linen this time I gave it a shot.  So far so good.  I used this trick on the Noel chart below for starts and ends of threads and see what I feel going forward.
