My New Vacuum!
Its an LG. Has a Hepa filter, wand, magnetic hose and retractable cord (thats a nice bonus) and it SUCKS!! I can say it was disgusting to see just how much my old (and non-sucking) vacuum did not clean.
I was easily talked out of the Eureka AirSpeed by D. He didnt like the fact that the only place you can get it was Walmart.
Movies - I love watching Pride & Prejudice, the one with Keira Knightly as Elizabeth Bennet and Matthew Macfadyen as Mr Darcy. Dame Judy Dench plays a wonderful Lady Catherine – the person you just have to hate.
I do have to admit, Ive never read the book and now I want to read Pride & Prejudice & Zombies after listening to Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.
New project start
Found Denise’s version of La-D-Da’s Pumpkins Three and just had to do something similar. So I went and got the stuff to get started!
40ct Weeks Havana with GAST Cherry Bark (border) and Harvest Moon for the pumpkins. DL helped with the floss toss but after stitching a few lines on the first pumpkin I may add Weeks Carrot for parts of pumpkin as well, finding the Harvest Moon hiding a bit in the Havana color.
Its my first 40ct project and so far so good. After stitching a while and taking the pics, Harvest Moon is growing on me.
Well, Im off to watch the season ender to Haven :o)
Edit: I had originally had Denise’s new niece as the person I got the coloring idea from on Pumpkins Three

ReplyDeleteI will get a new vacuum when my son moves out. We didn't get a new couch until he went to school. I want a new vacuum so badly!

ReplyDeleteI can SO relate to the vacuum problem! Mine just got its belt repaired by DH and a plastic joiner on the tube broke so I now have it splinted with 4-pens and shipping tape! Love the colors in your pumpkin project! Can't wait to see more.
