Woot! and thats most of what I have to say about that.
Mom, Dad and Aunt are safely back home, well on their way after dropping me and the boys off, seeing the kittehs and passing out t-shirts from Hawaii. Almost bummed that no one got one of those “and all I got was this t-shirt” shirts. All are nice.
Tough week and really rough past two days with more to come on Monday. So Im going to make the best of this weekend and try REALLY HARD not to do much of anything.
Only real plans I have are to do my weekly shopping tomorrow, weekly wash, pictures of the ghouls Im sending out, handing out candy and participating in Rachel’s SAT. I have a couple Halloween-y projects I may cycle through depending on the frogs that may or may not show up. May just cycle through to get a few stitches in on old WIPs.
My stitching this week has been odd. Ive been working on Tanglewood and Three Gables. Before leaving for the train in the morning I make sure Ive threaded and started needles for both, then when on the train I work on one until the thread runs out, tuck that in and pull out the other and work on that until my stop in town. Rinse and repeat at lunch for the threading to be ready for the ride home. Its kept things rolling on a new start and adding to a WIP
Until tomorrow :o)
Sounds like you have a great system for getting things stitched on the train. I hope your weekend is relaxing and that the coming week is far better than you anticipate.
