Busy at work, slow at home

and neither easy with a tweaked back muscle.  Darn thing started by sleeping funny, got worse as I tried to get a bowl from a top shelf in the kitchen (Im a short gal and should know better) the reach snapped something.  Got better by Sunday evening, more better by Monday morning and Dang did shit it the fan (something about getting blamed for miscommunication between me and Development with me not even being in the loop - WHATEVER!) and that got tension going and gave me a stress tweaked muscle.  The fun never ends!

So, as the left shoulder is a bit stabby (pain and all that), makes it a bit hard to hold on to projects.  Nothing got touched yesterday but thx to A&T and the addition of an Ink Circles stitch group I was able to add to branches to Tanglewood tonight.  Poor thing hasnt seen the light of day for months.

No pics as Im just to lazy to do it :op

  1. Having only just fully recovered from something that resembles the pains you have described I sympathise. Hope your soon on the mend and able to hold your stitching again.

  3. Hope you feel better soon! Maybe a heating pad would help?

  4. My back went into spasm last week, too, so I can relate. Heat and Advil did the trick for me. Hope you're 100% soon.

  5. Sorry to hear about the back...you need a break from these aches & pains, I think!!! I'm a little excited because this summer I have clinicals on Tuesdays at St.Vs until 3:30 and boy it would be convenient to stop off at A&T for some stitching time afterwards...we'll see if it works out.
