ok, its not us moving back into the house. We are finally funded!!! I wanted to complain, cry, biatch and all that jazz about the dang loan process but didn't want to jinx the works. It had enough problems already.
First Mutual - remember the name and expect them to take 3 months to approve ANY loan. These guys to everything the old fashioned way - paper and everything original signature. Nothing electronic for these guys. So much for the electronic age and the 21st century!
Jim (remember him? The builder?) is already cracking the whip, so to speak, and will have the plumber and electrician at the house this week. I'm just hoping the rain will stop long enough for us to paint the outside of the house!
The loan is the reason we haven't had new pictures recently. That will soon change (w00t!!)
I did find another blog to read through. Overheard in PDX. Just entries from fellow Tri-county folks of what they have overheard. Check it out in the links section. Be prepared for hard language. I would rate this PG for those with kid-vultures (kids who park behind a chair watching you surf or play computer games. Ive got 2 of them!)
